Our contemporary meeting spaces include the Star Sapphire Ballroom, accommodating up to 500 guests, the Emerald Ballroom which features floor-to-ceiling windows and can accommodate up to 250 guests, two boardrooms, four meeting rooms and a 24-seat state-of-the-art multimedia theatre. Guests can also choose our spectacular Chairman's Suite Terrace, offering a unique and intimate setting for dinners of up to 40 guests or receptions up to 60 guests.

Our expert event managers and award-winning chefs will guide you through every step of the planning process, offering creative culinary experiences, artful touches and personalized service, all set within our beautifully designed event spaces.

In addition to Fairmont Pacific Rim menu presentations, customized menus are available upon request. To ensure the availability of menu items, all selections should be submitted to our catering team at least two weeks prior to your scheduled event. Prices are subject to change without notice.
